1. Introduction

By using Adsync, you agree to these Terms of Service. Adsync provides an advertising reporting and dashboard synchronization platform for agencies.

2. Waitlist & Early Access

By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive email communications regarding the launch of Adsync. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access to the platform. We reserve the right to grant early access at our sole discretion.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns related to billing.

  • Payments are processed securely via Paddle's checkout system.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Refund requests must be handled according to Paddle's refund policy.

4. API Usage & Advertising Platforms

Adsync integrates with Meta Ads and Google Ads. By using these integrations, you must also comply with their respective Terms of Service:

You represent that you have the necessary permissions from your clients to access and display their advertising data via Adsync.

5. Magic Links & Data Sharing

Magic Links provide unauthenticated access to client dashboards. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of these links. Adsync is not responsible for any data leaks resulting from the misuse or unauthorized sharing of Magic Links by the user or their clients.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
